My method of project development
I try to bring each client the information that will give them power and independence on the web. This shapes most of my business model, which has more to do with empowering clients than thinking of things that I can charge for. The web in general is headed in that direction, toward individual power and less reliance on designers and specialists, and I don't fight that current. I move my clients into that current while also giving them information about specialists they may need, such as marketing and legal advisors.
